ORDERING

All orders must specify quantity and description of products and the full street address to which the product is to be delivered. Auto Shark cannot process orders if the buyer does not pay by one of the payment methods listed on our website, or if the buyers' credit card provider does not confirm payment. Auto Shark will e-mail the buyer acknowledgement of the order, payment progress and dispatch details. If, for any reason, Auto Shark does not accept the order, we will email the buyer immediately. If, for some reason, the buyer does not receive the order within a reasonable time, the buyer should contact Auto Shark as soon as possible.

AVAILABILITY

We keep most items listed on our site in stock. If the item is out of stock we can usually buy it within one to two days, unless it is bought from overseas. If you place an order that we are not able to source quickly, we will contact you and you will be given an option for a refund or other goods of the same value.

PRICES

All prices appearing on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST inclusive.

The price to be paid by the buyer is the current selling price of Auto Shark on the date of order's receipt. Auto Shark offers a Free delivery across Australia, all international orders will attract a delivery charge. Auto Shark reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice.

Once an order is sent we will give you cone note number and/or name of the delivery company.

WARRANTY

Auto Shark offer to extend manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell by the period of 12 months.

Auto Shark offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee in order to make sure you have the most enjoyable shopping experience possible.

This entitles customers to be able to return products in their original unopened condition for an exchange, refund or store credit if they are not happy with their purchase within 7 days from purchase date.

If you decide you no longer want the product we will allow you to exchange or refund the order for store credit or a full refund.

  • You must notify us within 7 days from purchase date.
  • Order must be returned in its new unopened condition
  • If the product is different to the product you order we will exchange your product for the correct one at no extra charge.
  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Return shipping is at customer expense.
  • Specials cannot be refunded or credited.

Auto Shark back all the products. This is why we are able to offer a no questions asked, free of charge extended warranty giving our customers that extra peace of mind that no other store offers.

CCONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE:

This is a 'back to base' warranty. It is the product owner’s responsibility to return it, at their cost, for service, repair or replacement.

Claims made to Auto Shark under this warranty must comply with the following;

  • any defect has been notified to the Auto Shark as soon as the defect was noticed.
  • a copy of your 'proof of purchase' which states where and when it was purchased and (if applicable) who carried out the installation.
  • the product was manufactured within 12 months prior to the commencement of this warranty period.
  • the product was purchased from Auto Shark or one of its authorised  dealers.
  • the manufacturers security seals have not been broken or tampered with.
  • if installation of the product was required, that it has been installed by a suitably qualified industry recognised person according to the written instructions provided with the product or those of professional practices.
  • if installation is carried out by any other persons, then this warranty may either cease or be limited to six months manufacturing defects parts only.
  • that the Auto Shark, has determined that the reported defect is a genuine product defect and not caused by:
    1. incorrect operation, incorrect installation or any other consequential damage caused by other equipment not part of this product.
    2. operation of the product after it is known to be defective
    3. tampered with, alteration or modification by any person
    4. the fitment and/or connection of additional parts or accessories not supplied by or approved of by Mongoose
    5. connection to non-compatible equipment
    6. water damage, misuse, accident, deliberate act or abuse, misdirected electrical current, insufficient or excess voltage, ingress of any fluid, fire or excessive heat
    7. use of the product for purposes other than that for which it was designed, intended and advertised

Auto Shark does not reimburse for labour, incidental, or any other costs related to the installation of products under any circumstance.

Incorrect Delivery of goods if due to a warehouse or other error of Auto Shark the buyer received a product which does not conform to its order, the buyer must contact Auto Shark within three days of receipt of the product. The incorrect product must then be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. Once approved by Auto Shark the correct replacement product will be posted to the buyer at no extra cost to the buyer. Postage for return of the incorrect product and for supply of the correct product to the buyer will be paid by Auto Shark.

Damaged Shipments All packages should be inspected at the time of delivery. The customer must not accept a damaged package and must call a delivery company and report the damage. Please contact Auto Shark for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.
